This place is very clean and the staff is nice and professional. My stretch tech was Christina - she was nice and I felt comfortable with her. Throughout the stretch, I think I was a little tense so she guided me with deep & controlled … More breathing through each stretch movement, and that added a sort of meditative component to the appointment (which I loved).
I felt GREAT after my stretch - I would compare it to a massage but without the mess of being oiled up. I continued about my day feeling both relaxed & energized.
I also ended up getting a sweatshirt upon checkout. They had a nice selection that’s actually stylish and it feels super soft.
Totally recommend after a long week of work or an exercise. It’s worth trying and feeling the benefits for yourself… I will definitely be coming back -

I will be coming here a few times a week for a quick stretch after working out.
